Nanjing is the capital of China's Jiangsu Province, and a city with a prominent place in Chinese history and culture. Jill Wright

Certificate '99 & M.A. '09

"The Certificate was extremely helpful in my career because it provided me with the knowledge about China and the reading skills essential in my work for the U.S. State Department. I chose to return to the Center to pursue the M.A. degree because it provided just the environment I was looking for. It's the only place where I can simultaneously improve my Chinese, learn about the latest in China and study international politics."
